One Bite Samosa Recipe | Delicious | Kids Lunch Box Fun Snack

To be honest, who doesn’t love this little triangles that brings a smile to our faces? No matter whether you’re biting into its crunchy crust or take small bites out of at its flesh of spicy taste, these one bite samosa are one my best recipe. So today I will give you my own personal version of this popular favorite – the One Bite Samosa Recipe!

At the moment, I would be the first to say, I am far from being a great chef, in fact, I have to set off the alarm because of burning rather than indulging, but I do enjoy cooking for my family, and my kids really love this.

In a week or two I give them in their Lunch box as these One bite Samosa are something that you can prepare and then put them in freezer, and when you want to give them for your kids lunch box then you just have to take them out from freezer then just fry them and wallah your kids lunch box with one bite samosa is ready However, and believe me when it comes to making this awesome laughter mockery samosa, even I cannot resist to take the one bite samosa.

For these One Bite Samosa the most important ingredient is the ground beef. I start by heating the oil in the pan and adding cumin seeds to it to get my mouth watering immediately. The very sound of spices hitting the hot oil sends my taste buds into a state of anticipation.

This is when the ground beef starts sizzling and frying in the aroma of spices when you can add some ‘spice’ to your cooking… And with an ample amount of garlic, ginger paste, turmeric and chili powder, the spice will give you a wiggling to your taste buds.

While the beef simmers down on the stove, soaking in all the tasty goodness it’s bound to get, there’s no way I can resist dipping my finger into it after all, how would I know if it’s good if I don’t taste it myself? And let me say that just one bite is enough to send me to foodie Fantasy Land!

However, the fun doesn’t end there, oh no, we’re just warming up! Add to the mix a handful of chopped onions and fresh coriander, and the samosa filling is loaded with character. It is like a party in my mouth and anyone who wants in is free to come.

This is when the actual work of molding the samosas gets involved. Using a bit without flour paste and a lot of patience, I mold the dough into submission, forming it into cute little triangles. Of course, not all of them are ivory darlings, but who cares? After all, they are still packed to the gills with flavor.

Finally it’s time to fry them. As I slowly put each samosa into the hot oil, an enormous feeling of pride washes over my body. There is an incredible thing about how they bubbly up and crackle, cooking to a glorious golden brown.

These last samosa coming out of the fryer, my heart feels accomplishment – and my stomach full hungry. It is time to get in there and savor the rewards of all my hard work, one little bite samosa at a time.

And thus, in tasting my homemade samosas, I cannot but admire the power of good food and good company. Because, in the end, it is these little things in life – shared with our closest friends and family – that give life its sweetness. There are no more cheers to laughter, love, and enough samosas in the world to make you feel happy.

Next time when you are hurry in morning and worried about your kids lunch box then make these one bite samosa in weekend but do not fry them just put them in freezer and on next working day just bring out the one bite samosa from freezer then shallow fry them in a pan in 8 to 10 min only your kids lunch box will be ready.
