Ingredients

  • Chickpea flour (besan) - 4 tbsp

  • Salt to taste.

  • Ajwain - 1/4 tea spoon.

  • Egg (boiled) - 3

  • Chili flakes - to taste

  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp

  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  • In a bowl add besan, chili flakes,

  • ajwain, salt and mix all of them

  • together. Make a thick batter by

  • adding a little water. Slice the boiled eggs and dip each slice in the besan batter. Cook in oil until golden brown on a medium flame.
