Chickpea flour (besan) - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Ajwain - 1/4 tea spoon.
Egg (boiled) - 3
Chili flakes - to taste
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt (to taste)
Directions
In a bowl add besan, chili flakes,
ajwain, salt and mix all of them
together. Make a thick batter by
adding a little water. Slice the boiled eggs and dip each slice in the besan batter. Cook in oil until golden brown on a medium flame.
