kcalIngredients for Chicken
Chicken Wings (500 Gram)
4 Potato Boiled & Peeled (400 Gram)
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Red chili crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Roasted crushed cumin
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese
One small Onion Cube
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Let's start by frying the chicken wings until they turn golden brown and get cooked through. That will be just a few minutes for both sides, on each side.
In a separate pan, dry-fry the already boiled and already peeled potatoes until they’re crunchy. Mash up the vegetables with a fork or potato masher until you get smooth and creamy texture.
Then add the black pepper, crushed red chili, salt, roasted crushed cumin, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and diced onion to the mashed potatoes. Everything should be mixed until it's well combined.
The final ingredient, the hero of the dish – the cheese! Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the potato mixture and spread it evenly, until the cheese is totally melted and gooey.
At last, when everything is ready, grasp small portions of the batter and form it into wings. Using your hands or a spoon, you can dice them up (making sure they are all similar in size so they cook evenly).
Last, but not least, put your cheesy chicken wings in the pot of hot oil fry them until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and gooey and cheesy on the inside. I’d say that it will take up to 8-10 minutes.
